Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your GlideX shaver must be in like-new condition, gently used but fully functional.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of our approval decision.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We promptly replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us as soon as possible so we can send a replacement without delay.
